  Ground floor room near the dining room, friendly manager, interesting architectural features in the room showing the age of the building, large en-suite, very long wheel chair/ luggage ramp, but there was one. The room felt secure and the en-suite bathroom was basic, but large. The manager made every effort to cater to our needs, which is always n... что говорят » ice and always makes any hotel stay pleasant - all good, bed was comfortable, there was a large en-suite with an excellent shower. Large tv, good tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast was cooked fresh. Overall I had a fantastic nights sleep with excellent facilites. The staff were also helpful and friendly. Would reccommend.

  We've stayed at Chalon Court a number of times (under its old name) as we have family in St Helens. The hotel is in a great location near the town centre and is the first hotel we check availability for when we go to the area. Its strength is its staff, who we've always found more than helpful, welcoming and polite. The rooms have definitely improved with its latest facelift and - Friendly, efficient, polite staff. Arrived after a long drive with young baby to a smiling face & cheery receptionist made all the difference. My 2 year old loved chatting away to everyone. Facilities were excellent & spotlessly clean as was our room which had plenty room even with an extra bed in. Breakfast was also delicious & bar & meals were not over priced for once in a hotel however equally as delicious! Already planning our next visit!

  We were travelling with a disabled elderly relative and from the minute we arrived and until we left the reception staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.   The inn provided us with everything we could possibly require and the staff were friendly and helpful, could not fault the facilities. - Friendly relaxed atmosphere nothing to much trouble for the staff.Would definitely stay again.
