The fact they don't want anyone to be disappointed & supplied a particular cereal just for me even though I only asked if they stocked them. Remembering where we'd been and asking how our trips went each day. Friendliness, making us all feel at home and always pleasant with guests. Also ideal location for town and nearby shops as well as the cliffs and Spa.
