really friendly staff. also food places close -by. kids really loved the 'subway' across the carpark and breakfast was free for children. tea and coffee well stocked in room. also liked the shower/hand-gel pumps (less waste and better for environment). -

Really friendly staff. Rooms clean comfy and well equipped. Supermarket and restaurant nearby made life when travelling with children easier. Good location for reasonably short car trips to Bath, Bradford on Avon lots of lovely Cotswold villages etc. even Stone Henge only about 30 mins away. -

Our room had everything we needed although the bed was so comfortable we considered missing breakfast to stay in it! The staff were very friendly and helpful and our stay really was very special.
