Great hotel! it's a lot of years that i go to London and i never see a hotel like this! All very clearness, up to the britain standard. Food in restaurant cafe was first class. Rooms well stocked with necessities and towels etc replaced frequently. Great location, shop to one side, small cheaper cafe to the other. 1 minute walk from Paddington tube station where there is an express tube to Heathrow!

This is the second time we have stayed at The Sanctuary House and was again fantastic, if not better. We stayed in an executive room so got a four post king size bed that you can get lost in and would recommend paying the little extra for the executive rooms. The location is perfect, the room was really cleaned and nice with a beautiful bathroom and a nice view on London. Staff is nice and the breakfast was excellent. - The staff were all very helpful and polite. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.

Close to Paddingtion station, the room is clean, excellent service - it has the most courteous staff. Well-trained and really good-mannered. I arrived really early (due to my early flight), and they let me check-in anyway because there was a room available. This is what I call considerate and flexible service. The room was very well sound proofed given its proximity between Paddington station and the dual carriageway. Plus the pool, gym and sauna was a bonus. We stayed here whilst my husband ran the London marathon and the
location was perfect! (A minute walk from mile 25!). We only booked a
basic small double, but it was large enough, very clean, the bed was
amazing, the bar very stylish and although we were at the back of the
hotel....which may be for the more basic rooms (and our view was of

Club Quarters is a brilliant choice to make if you are in the city for a
short time and want to take in as much as you can. The location is
superb. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Free WiFi (
worked beautifully ) made our lives easier....charting routes, train
timings, directions etc etc. The staff were very helpful and courteous.
Simply loved the chilled water outlet and the Guest Services cupboard
available for guests . a very thoughtful gesture by the hotel and much

The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. We had just arrived from a business night in the Intercontinental Park Lane and taking away the fancy veneer in the room the City Inn was every bit as good (if not better). - Liked the fact that all the little extras

There is also a fantastic cocktail bar and restaurant on site and amazing views. - City inn was absolutely brilliant. Clean and spacious,the room even had a Thames view. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.
