  We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared. Also the housekeeping staff were very good and always refilled the bathrooms with extra towels and toiletries whenever we asked for extra... что говорят » supplies. - Exellent service throughout the hotel.   Location was very good - close to Victoria Station but very quiet. There was an excellent place for breakfast 100m from hotel. - Friendly staff, cleanliness, location and facilities. Look no further.....
