The reception staff were local people and were very helpful and courteous. the breakfast was also very good and was included in the room price. - cleanliness! it was my first time in a holiday inn and i will definately be using them again, staff were very friendly and helpfull

I liked the fact that it was a new hotel and reasonably priced. As we
travelled as a family it was good that we were put on the top floor away
from noisier guests.
We did have to ask for bedding for my son to sleep on the sofabed as this wasn't supplied, but this was resolved very quickly - staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. When bedding was delivered the guy asked if he could help putting it on the bed, which was very kind (sorry don't know his name).

We only booked a standard double room for Sunday night (with a 1/3 off the usual rate) but on arrival we were given a free update to a suite with a fantastic sea view. The suite was enormous, newly refurbished and had everything we could possibly want. Staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful and breakfast was also really good. Overall one of the really good hotels we have stayed in anywhere in U.K. A real gem. Well done to all concerned.

We would recomend the hotel perhaps most for the food they serve it was an exellent service & has to be rated 10/10, The breakfast is exellent & included in the price. The location was perfect for our needs. A bus stop outside took us anywhere we wanted to go. The hotel itself was very good and I do not agree with the some of the reviews I have read. You must make sure ON ARRIVAL that reception staff know how much you have agreed to pay through letsbookhotel.com. Our bill would have been based on standard rates until corrected

This is a formula hotel. The room and furnishings were superb, finished to a high standard, very clean & tidy. Car-parking is plentiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Brilliant breakfast, lots of choice, hot food is ordered off a menu, professional staff, prompt service with a smile. Unbeatable value for money. Impossible to fault.
