Run by lovely people who could not do enough for you. Excellent situation, 8 minutes drive from Snape Maltings and near the coast. Easy parking. HUge rooms with comfortable beds and lashings of hot water. Fantastic coffee!

I found the hotel very cosy and intimate. The bedroom was absolutly beautiful. Will definatly be coming back. - Warm and friendly even though a bit "posh".

I enjoyed the atmoshpere as well as there attention to detail. Very friendly staff who is always prepared to assist. Imaculate house on a cozy street that literally, takes you back in time. I only stayed one night - the staff were very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, bright and cool. As regular visitors we appreciated the efforts made to deal with the weekend breakfast issue when the hotel is full with wedding guests - by advising of the best time and warning that there might be delays. so on the Sunday morning we took a stroll into Sudbury

A pleasant day for our stay so enjoyed a good cream tea on the balcony followed by Pimms (it was a surprise 70th). Later drinks in the bar seated on comfy chairs / sofa followed by an extremely good meal and breakfast the following morning.
