  The Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very well decorated and comfortable and the price was excellent. We would definately like to stay there again. - Friendly atmosphere, staff were very attentive, rooms and meal choice were excellent. Rooms were of the right standard for the traveller.

  Hotel well situated overlooking the Bay. Booking included continental breakast but we in fact got full cooked breakfast ! Very limited parking which LetsBookHotel.com did not say we had to book in advance however hotel managed to find us a space when we arrived.   Loved the Swimming pool and Spa, amazing facilities with wonderful views and Craignure is best location on the island - right in the middle of the island so short travel both directions to Iona and Tobermory, Bar meals and Restaurant were 4/5 star - great food and staff - We liked everything the staff were very helpful.

  Friendly staff excellent facilities for children, would be worth the hotel advertising a bit more of what they have available a great family hotel. Food fresh and wonderful even the child portions freshly cooked and excellent. - The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was very good.

  Everyting at the hotel was fantastic! there was so much more than we expected! Even though we planned ot simply have a relaxing , "do nothing" holiday there was so much to do! Badminotn, table tennins, swimming, haricuts, beauty treatments, eating and drinking!   Comfortable room, with plenty of room to move around. Well furnished andnice decor. Well designed in terms of environmental concerns, the littleblue light in the bathroom was a great idea as I like to leave a lighton when staying in a "strange" room in case I need to get up in thenight.   I liked the atmoshpere of that place. Surroundings where very nice and the room was simple excellent. Cheap, yet clean and cosy. Great bathroom. Chocolate to drink and microwave down in the hall. Of course the breakfest was also very good, served in a dining room, with a lovely see. - A real find. Wonderful; building sympathetically restored. Staff friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and clearly proud of their surroundings. Our room (no. 2) was lovely, contemporary furnishings complimenting the period features very well indeed. Bathroom a little small, but, given the building's constraints, this was entirely understandable.
