  Staff were friendly and curtious. having an aged Aunt, We were given a room in the quite part of the hotel. I was grateful for their concern. Hanley City Centre a great shopping area. - The peace and quiet despite a number of children staying. I think the staff should be complimented in the allocation of rooms.

  the room was much nicer than i expected. we were staying the night whilst visiting alton towers which i wouldnt recommend as it was a long drive there haha. the hotel itself was lovely though. the room was really big and most importantly, clean! i would definately go back - The Stone House Hotel was ideally situated and easy to find, the staff were... что говорят » friendly, nicely furnished room, breakfast and evening meals were excellent, no complaints at all.   Some of the staff were excellent and very obliging. The rooms were clean. Quite location no noise at night. Great for fitness as a well stocked gym and squash courts. A bit of a boys feel at the sports bar. Beauty facilities good and also hairdressers. I was given a very good free and concise workout on the slendertone machines, great bonus. The following morning we were met by more friendly staff for breakfast and the reception was friendly too. The rooms were roomy, clean and tidy with everything you needed.

  I actually paid for this for my son and girlfriend to stay as they were going to alton towers. As it was his 21st birthday Jan upgraded his room. They both thoroughly enjoyed their stay and thought the hosts were excellent.
