  They were very helpful. After I was there for three hours I discovered the toilet did not work. They moved me to another room immediately. Two days later the ceiling caved in during the night because of the water from the air conditioner.   wow!!!!!!!!! Never ever in my life stayed anywhere that even comes close to comparing to Brook Barn from the place itself to the service we received.. We cant stop talking about this wonderful place to friends and family and will be returning very soon!! - Everything was fantastic.
