  They were very helpful. After I was there for three hours I discovered the toilet did not work. They moved me to another room immediately. Two days later the ceiling caved in during the night because of the water from the air conditioner.   I found the experience relaxing - travelling with my son was easy and with the facilities in the leisure centre there was a good balance with going out and then relaxing and enjoying the spa. Extremely good, quiet location with desirable places a short distance away. Staff were professional friendly and helpful and resolved queries immediately. We drove for about 50mins from London and came to such a beautiful scenery and a serene location which looked like a resort out of England. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and wow the facility was out of this world. Having free access to all the spa facility was a huge plus for me. My best friend and I plan to go back soon.
