clean, couldn't fault that, modern. Everything there that you could
need. Nice breakfast. -
We thought the breakfast was first class, and meals at the pub were wonderful. The room was very modern and clean. Would stay again.

Very comfortable stay and ideal for a visit to the Houghton Hall exhibition which was our prime reason for choosing it, but also great for the lovely coast and countryside of Norfolk which we explored too. Friendly hosts and a good range of local eating places.

Location is great as well, just a short drive from Thetford forest where there are walking paths in the nearby arboretum. Also not far from Oxburgh -
as soon as I got there I was made to feel very welcome as Jean and Paul were excellant hosts and communicators. Facilities were very good and breakfast even better with a personal service. The location is an ideal location to relax, mix with local people not too far away and very clean establishment. Very good location for walkers and a rlaxing break for the peace and quite lifestyle. We had an excellent overnight stay at this accommodation. Everything was absolutely first class, with the bedrooms exceedingly well equipped and comfortable and a very extensive and tasty breakfast. Karen and Paul were very welcoming hosts and I would happily stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it as one of the best B&Bs I've ever come across .

I stayed with my girlfriend for a night at the sandcastle guest house and i loved every minute of it. The room we stayed in was absolutely superb it was so nice and clean and just a wonderful place to spend the night in.
We had a lovely en-suite which was fantastic and very nice and very clean.
The breakfast we got was again fantastic all the tea and coffee you wanted, all the juice you wanted, all the toast you wanted it was just ongoing which was fantastic.

It was a lovely old style building with similar atmosphere. If in the area again I would without doubt first check the availability to stay at St Judes B&B. Loved it.

Quirky room with bags of character. The couple who ran it were very
pleasant. Good pub around the corner with real ales and super food. They
also have accommodation, but it's better to stay at the Vines and
eat at the pub. It's probably quieter and definitely cheaper. A good
choice for anyone walking the Peddars Way. -
