Excellent guest house, well located, top notch breakfast. Lots of little extras, such as tea, cookies and such in the room. Hosts are wonderful, warm and helpful.
Room was not large, but was comfortable and very well maintained. Perfect for our needs on a two day trip.

The lady who owns this holiday let was very friendly and helpful! The flat itself was very well decorated and extremely clean! It had a lovely view of the sea and beach from the window seat in the living room! We would definitely go back here and would recommend this to any-one! What a lovely place and friendly people!!!!!

The service recieved, the comfort and standard of the hotel were very good. The breakfast was also excellent. I would definately recommend it - User-friendly BandB experience. Close to Station, reasonably priced.

We were a couple staying overnight with a dog in tow and the accommodation proved to be excellent for our needs (we were in the family room and dog bed, towels and treats were provided especially for our dog). The location was idyllic, the hosts were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend to others. -

We where late to arrive but were greeted with a smile and the offer of a drink (tea coffee) which was most welcome after our drive the rooms were clean and a good size and a good nights sleep was had ,in the morning the breakfast was really good we had a vegetarian with us and even she was catered for well. The owner could not do enough to ensure a good stay, I would recommend this BB and would definitely stay there again..

Everything was superb from the moment we arrived I.E. arranging the
private and secure parking through to the time we left. We especially
liked the close proximity to Norwich's shopping and town centre, the
castle / museaum, etc. Bed was very comfortable and lovely quite
room at back of hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the home
made cakes left in the room each day were delicious and a lovely change
from biscuits in a plastic wrapper. Highly reocmmended. We will
definitely be stay
