  Very clean bed and breakfast. Excellent service and exceptionally helpful staff. Old Scottish townhouse with clean interior, high ceilings, spacious rooms and lovely conservatory for breakfast. Only a mile from the city centre with good bus services. Quiet area. I would definitely go back here and would recommend it, There are nice walks around th... что говорят » e area too and a local park/meadow, - Caroline was great. She was very friendly, told us everything we needed to know and check-in was quick and efficient. The two bedroom, two bathroom, living room and kitchen apartment was huge and extremely clean. The breakfast was self serve, but great. The apartment was located on a nice quiet street about a 45 minute walk or 10 -15 minute cab ride from city centre.

  very helpfull and friendly staff who made us feel at home in a very pleasent atmosphere.would reccomend to all our friends - Small hotel but rooms were far more comfortable than a lot of chain hotels i have stayed in

  I would highly recommend this Guest House. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The vegetarian breakfast was deliciously unusual, I had a banana and burnt syrup pancake. I was very kindly given a plateful of food as I had mentioned that I have a long train journey ahead of me. I would definitely recommendthis and stay there again. Very close to the city centre as well; wewalked there in 15 minutes (strolling). Excellent value for a guesthouseso close to the centre of Edinburgh. Also a lovely Italian restaurantdown the road!
