Everything - we arrived at 8pm and were welcomed by Kate on Reception. We had dinner in the hotel and the service and food (and price!) were impeccable. The room was extremely comfortable and we were very impressed with the size of the room and the HUGE bed we had! The hotel is in a fantastic location for the town. Modern clean rooms with excellent shower room, especially liked the shower gel supplied in wall dispenser gorgeous smell, the hand soap dispenser was the same, we stayed in room 9.
The hotel in general had a nice cosy feel to it.
Excellent staff, extremely helpful, cheery friendly and efficient, I travel a fair bit and these were the best I had encountered in quite a while.
The breakfast was lovely, yet again served by friendly cheery efficient staff.

Dont judge the hotel from the outside which looks tired and dated once inside you are in for a pleasant suprise.
