  For the price what was on offer was excellent, amazing value. The room, whilst basic in design and decor, was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was superb. The staff were fantastic, very polite and courteous. A great example of this is that we mentioned to the girl on reception (Spanish girl - think called ... что говорят » Elena?) on the Saturday morning after the first night of our 2 night stay, that we needed our air con checked to ensure that it was working ok as we h - Staff on reception at check in were the most amazing I've ever come into contact with! I stay in hotels 44 weeks a year all over the country from budget to luxury and I was treated so well here I won't hesitate to return and recommend this hotel. The staff could not do enough for me despite booking .com not informing them I had even booked! The beds are very comfortable and no noise from other guests heard unlike in the ibis budget in cardiff, I'd much rather drive a few miles down the road t

  Friendly welcome, not often nowadays do you get shown to your room. Excellent food; breakfasts and dinners. Room capacious and well maintained. A useful touch are the separate reading lights - too many hotels these days are quite gloomy in the rooms. Location is very good in attractive,and on our visit, snow covered countryside. A very enjoyable ... что говорят » short stay. - The staff was welcoming and helpful. Our room was beautiful and quiet. We slept well and enjoyed the delicious English breakfast. We also enjoyed having dinner in the cozy dining room. Best of all were the gardens our room over looked. The wait staff were fun and professional.
