Rooms were clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. (shampoo, shower gel, phone, good hairdryer, tea & coffee, good storage). Nice & quiet at night. Very friendly and welcoming staff who were helpful and cheerful without exception.
Nice rooms, although we booked 2 singles, we were each given a room with a double and single bed so plenty of space. Free Wi-Fi. Excellent cooked breakfast. Good location for visiting Aberglasny Garden, The National Botanical Garden of Wales and a National Trust castle just across the road.

The size and comfort of the hotel room was perfect for my one night stay but would also be great for a longer stay. The facilities in the hotel for example the resturant and bar area wee excellent - Ambience. Restaurant - good quality, well cooked and served by pleasant and helpful staff.

Everything about the hotel was excellent right from the initial welcome by the host at our check-in midnight who I found having same warmth next early morning at breakfast. The Baltic was a lovely find - great staff - always willing to help and assist - nothing too much trouble. The family room we stayed in was a good size with all the facilities that you would need for a break (with brilliant power shower). The food at the Inn was also great - tasty food and good portion sizes - loved the help yourself salad bar. Would definitely visit the Baltic again. Exceptional value for money.

Our birthday surprise for Dad went down really well. I booked the suite with balcony as we had a travel cot to give maximum space which it did. The hotel which does allow dogs had immaculate bedroom, bathroom and sitting room facilties including a spa bath which was a lovely surprise. All of the staff made me and my dog feel welcome, the owners were genuinely interested in what mine and my dogs needs might be and ensured that the needs were met. All staff had a lovely sense of humour, the welcome genuine and friendly and the location was wonderful; woodland and direct access to the beach We ate in the bar every night the food and the atmosphere was great, we will definitely be going back

Staff always friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them to do.
Food excellent with local produce and fish caught daily. All meals cooked whilst you wait with generous portions.
Rooms very comfortable with genuine features as this inn was a farmhouse about 200 years ago.
Will be going back for another stay next summer and would happily recommend this inn.
There is plenty to do and see within about a 25 minute drive. Scenery magnificent.

Such a good location, stayed here for 2 nights, central to really anything you could want,ferry port,shopping,family activities, beach, etc. Real value for money. Great atmosphere, and lovely friendly staff. The rooms were wonderful. We were so taken with the hotel, we extended our stay - which the staff managed for us perfectly. The restaurant was excellent, and a nice place for an evening. The bar likewise, good ales and wine, and the atmosphere of a good pub (with a great terrace too, if the sun's shining) - perfect. The breakfasts were great too.
