the games room, we used the most.there was a very gfood singer, that was not really our thing, but everyone else seemed to like it , and we could enjoy it,but still play pool etc in the annex off from it, so it was well thought out - Very impressed by naveens hospitality and even upgraded myroom...nice one!

This was a nice friendly local hotel - although the building and surroundings itself was not all that attractive the plants outside were nice and there had been a lot of thought btaken over the internal decorations, such as some nice artwork. A very nice hotel, with friendly and very helpful staff. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We called in early in the morning and as our room was ready we were allowed to book in straight away rather than waiting until the afternoon which was very helpful. -

Everything. The rooms were amazing, the staff were very friendly and the food was top grade. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone I know staying in the area and was very reasonably priced for such amazing service and comfort. - The staff were friendly and food was excellent. Booked a superior room after seeing the pics on the website, absolutely lovely; enjoyed the evening meal and the breakfast; all the staff were very friendly; great location; would definitely come back in the summer. - Wonnderful location, hotel staff were all very good and the special rate made it very attractive.

we stayed in one of the lodges. very quiet, very comfortable and spacious 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Introduced my wife and young daughter to the driving range and now they are both hooked! Breakfast was excellent as was the clubhouse and swimming pool. Perfect location for Dartmouth, Salcombe and South Devon. -

After reading some of the reviews, I was a little dubious but we arrived, checked in and it was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean and well stocked - we even had a fan which was much appreciated over the very hot weekend. If you are expecting the Ritz Hotel then the Invicta Hotel isn’t for
you, but if you want a very friendly hotel, in a great location with
