The staff are excellent, the food gorgeous and the rooms very clean and tidy.   Bed was comfortable, good clean bathroom. Food was really excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful. For a one night stay it would be superb.

  Everything! The staff were wonderful and the food excellent. - Felt more like a 4* plus hotel, not a 3. Nice details like great towels and fresh milk available for in-room coffee. Quality decor in room, nice bathroom too. Very convenient to town without being in it.

  Excellent, very friendly polite staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome,nothing is too much trouble. I do agree that the rooms are a little warm and the windows don't really open, but other than that we had a comfortable stay.   lovely area lovely view very,peaceful,with excellent staff . Good breakfast,friendly manager ,who had time for a chat though was very busy - The customer service was superb and it was fantastic to be able to take our dog and have her in the room with us
