  Having stayed at the hotel before the refurb and enjoyed it the new look is excellent. Comfy and modern we very much enjoyed our stay, leisure facillities better then most gyms, excellent food in both the pub area and more formal resturant. Only 5mins walk from the town centre, enjoyed a morning of shopping and coffee!.   the staff were exceptional, as one of our party of eight has coeliac disease, but not a problem to them, even down to breakfast on sun morning, she was well catered for, thoughtful and freindly personel - Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.   The service from arrival to departure was outstanding, staff were very friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble - we were made to feel really special. The room was spotless, the super king size bed was blissfully comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location and easy to find.   The staff were the most friendly and helpful staff in any hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in hotels all over the world. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The food in the restaurant was good, reasonable and the staff went out of their way to provide customers with whatever they wanted if possible.... что говорят » This was the best hotel we have stayed in - quietness of the hotel near the rooms.   Have just returned home after spendig one night in the Crowne Plaza, Chester. This hotel is in an excellent location quite near the main street with shops, bars etc. Also it is beside the bus station which allows you to easily get to Cheshire Oaks outlet park and Chester Zoo.   We had been warned before that building work was underway but it made no difference whatsoever to our enjoyment and all the staff went out of their way to be both friendly and helpful.
