We got a late deal,excellent value,room clean and smart,breakfast
excellent value.only let down was the bar,i love itish coffees at night

We enjoyed the weekend break the hotel was central to the town centre, there were plenty of resturants close by.
We visited the cathedral and enjoyed the bar at the hotel. The rooms were very good and the staff very freindly we would definetly use this hotel again and enjoyed the offer price we used for this visit. We would like to visit maybe early July 2013.

Using this form on my smart phone and in section 2 the ratings didn't have markers to show what each circle stood for. I marked the last circle in each category assuming it meant very good or excellent. We were very happy with the generously sized family room, access to the food court and staff. Was very handy for our trip to Cambridge and would use it again.

The decor and comfort of the room and hotel in general. The superb included continental breakfast and the very pleasant and helpful staff. The room I ended up with is fabulous - big, lots of storage, huge flatscreen tv, and a terrace outside just for the couple of rooms which open onto it. This is in the new wing which has been refurbished to a very high standard. The owners are fantastic and can't do enough to make your stay as comfortable as they can.

The staff were friendly and very helpful , hotel looked modern and had a very nice , relaxed atmosphere , room very clean , good size and spacious , checking in and out was quick and easy , no problem with parking , great location , food court next door with good choice of food ( MacDonalds , Costa Coffee , Mexican , M&S food shop and more).
