I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Horizon. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. I thought the modern decor of the hotel was nice (considering it is an older hotel). Staff excellent. Karen found my expensive glasses, contacted me and arranged to have them sent out. Superb! Breakfast excellent. Room very comfortable and clean. Excellent location for Prestwick airport or golf nearby. Ample secure parking. Really REALLY pleased!

The room was very goodd gave comfort after a long journey. The facilities in the executive room were excellent and I will be using again.
The location was good and allowed walking after lunch. All in all I had a good experience staying at this hotel and although it is a corporate hotel it isn't used a much as it should be. -

Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.We received a warm, friendly welcome. Miller House is close to train station, shops and a short walk to beach. I liked the free WiFi which worked well, and dvds which were provided.
I left v early and did not have breakfast, but i will return and try it next time.

David and Linda were excellent hosts and made sure everything we needed was provided.
The room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy.
Breakfast was buffet style with a cooked breakfast also on offer and would suit everybody.
The Fernbank could not be better located,on the main street at the centre of everything.
