  The old building was very well presented. The new pool area was lovely and warm and the sauna and steam rooms are the hottest I have ever been in. The Restaurant staff and waitresses at breakfast are very friendly and make you feel at home. - We tend to book into hotels with pool/spa facilities and the new one here is lovely.   We had a power cut in our room (227) at 1.20 in the morning but the night staff were on the case and gave us lights again within 5 minutes, also I forgot to bring the toothbrushes and paste these, along with the firm pillows I asked for, were in the room by the time returned after our night out - Convenience to city centre and excellent breakfast
