  I greatly appreciated the staff finding us a room with a spare bed in it (in case we had difficulties sleeping in the one double bed). I also greatly appreciated their agreeing to look after our luggage for the afternoon after we had checked out but before we wanted to leave Newhaven itself. - The hotel was fantastic it was immaculate , warm and... что говорят » very well equipped the staff were friendly and knowledgable .
