  The owner was extremely efficient and accomodating. She arranged for our taxi that evening and told us all the information we needed. Though our room was quite small, the bathroom had a double walk in shower and the room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent and the house was in a lovely quiet village. We spent two nights there and she was very attentive to us on arrival, at breakfast, and put the room in excellent order for our second night.

  Excellent location for the NEC. Free parking. We stayed in room 115 on the 1st floor. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We even had a settee. There were tea & coffee making facilities in the room. There was plenty of space in the bathroom, unlike the tiny cramped ones you usually find. We had a very pleasant experience for the 1 night we stayed, and have already re-booked for our next - We like the hotel & appreciate the helpful friendly staff. We would like a more varied food menu in the evening, maybe have steak, salad, fish available. Also maybe boiled eggs available in the morning otherwise breakfast lovely but the croissants were hard, so maybe more varied breads. Best for us is proximity to NEC, good park for walking our dogs & the welcome we always get from Joyce a real treasure for the hotel. Thank u...
