I booked this hotel as a Xmas present for my partner along with tickets to a show at MEN, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and the staff were professional, helpful and attentive nothing was too much trouble for them. We went to the hotel bar after the show which was intimate,comfortable and once again excellent service from the staff. All in all our stay was wonderful and we will definately be staying here again in the not too distant future x

I stayed at this hotel for the first time on 27th July 13. I was extremely impressed by the staff's professionalism, care and good humour. The room was perfect, plenty of coffee/tee, clean and spacious. Highly recommended and I will be back for sure. -

When we arrived we were greeted by warm, friendly staff, the room was spaciaous and not a spec of dust! The bed was comphy and huge and the Thyme resteraunt had gorgeous food and value for money. We could not fault this hotel in any way. Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and courteous.
