The hotel is just awesome. I loved the location /close to Oxford street, near Easy bus stop/, hotel staff was really helpful and nice, lovely breakfast and clean and comfortable room. I will definitely choose this hotel again! - The location was excellant, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly.

This was a very nice hotel. We stayed in an apartment type room which was nice because it had cooker hobs, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer. Although we didn't avail of these facilities they would have been very useful if we stayed longer. The breakfast was nice - a continental breakfast. The hotel is very well situated. The location is great. Just opposite the Lancaster Gate station and bus
station to Piccadilly and Westminster, and 5 min walk to Paddington
station. The room we stayed in was recently refurbished and looks very
good. The sofa is a sofa-bed and so useful for small family. There is a
bedroom and so not a studio. Kitchen and toilet are both new and clean.
Hot water supply is good as well.

Once entering the hotel, we felt welcome greeted by friendly,smiling
