It was done well though and so did not feel cramped, yet fit everything in that we could have asked for. (Having a full kitchen was impressive.) And all this was for a much better price than many of the other hotels. Room was perfectly clean and the owners/staff were friendly and helpful. Close to many pubs, shopping centre and the metro.. it doesn't get much better. Thanks Aviva Studios!

Our apartment had recently been refurbished to a VERY high standard. By far, the best value for the money in London. The staff is available 24 hrs. a day and were very friendly and efficient. I would like to keep this the best-kept secret in the city but that wouldn't be fair to all the other travelers out there!

  Its position was brilliant - so accessible to the tube - the fact that breakfast was included. It was a decent size room and was clean. Also the ladies serving in the breakfast room were lovely - friendly and helpful and knew exactly what we wanted and very happy to mix and match breakfasts.   Well, very friendly, concerned staff. You can see that they really want to please you. When I called them to say I couldn't arrive on time and asked for a late check-in I had been told "no problem". Another example is when I had to leave without getting the package I ordered on the Internet (it was delivered late after my check out) one of the man... что говорят » gers, Inese, wrote me an mail telling that they had got it and then sent it to my next hotel for me on the next day. Also I liked the location of this - breakfast was simple but enough. They provided a cooked English breakfast (without sausage!) but toasts, some fruits, yogurt and cereal were self-service so it was quite nice. The room was small but tidy and comfortable. And the shared bathroom was clean and not crowded. I didn't wait to take a shower.
