Incredibly spacious double room (bigger than some studio flats) with a
very high standard of decor throughout - lots of marble and ceramic
tiles, a large bathroom and a shower so big you could hold a party in
it! Makes other hotels look cheap and shabby by comparison. And all for
£75 for the night. Unbelievable value. I saw one other reviewer

Everything about the apartment is perfect. They provide everything a
home away from home need for. The location is walking distance from
Victoria Station and very convenient. Being a Muslim, we were happy to
find an Asian store in Upper Tachbrook that sells halal meat and other
Asian sundries. A Tesco outlet is just 3 doors away from the Asian store
and this has given us an advantage of cooking in the evening.

I stayed for my wedding pre night and actual night. They upgraded my room and generally looked after me, with much care. Daniel the manager was fantastic. They couldn't have been more helpful. My parents stayed as well and they loved it too. Very friendly, it's a beautiful hotel to stay in, bit like walking onto a Merchant Ivory set. It feels calm

Great location for sight-seeing, welcoming comfortable attractive Hotel, family-friendly, my 7 year old says 'it's really tidy and nice'. V good cocktail bar and restaurant at Hotel, 'Caxton Grill'. We ate there with 2 children. Accommodating, great food but expensive. Compared to other London Hotels the rooms were of a good size (for London). -

Would stay again - The manager was SO helpful. My partner has MS and the manager went out of his way to make sure all was ok for us. He was just very kind and helpful. was very easy to find and only a short walk from South Kensington tube

The welcome by one of the members of staff of Zen Apartments the service received from her was second to none! The cab driver didn't have a clue where to go so she found the taxi and walked me to the apartment herself. The view was excellent. The location was perfect and the service was excellent. 'Indi' was very proffessional on check in and nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment itself was everything it said on the site and more, very modern, spacious and clean, ideal location from what we needed. Safe car parking and very safe surroundings. I would happily recommend friends and family, in fact we are planning to return when we go to London for Xmas shopping..Great value too...

it was central to all locations, e.g buses, trains and London underground.
It was reasonably priced and had all the facilities I would expect in an apartment.
It was spacious and very clean. -
Is very good for families,we visit it with my wife and kids and was confortable and have everytthing we need.

I liked the fact that the hotel is very quiet, in a nice area and close to the underground. There is also a pharmacy, restaurants, and convenient stores close by. - Great location everything nearby Staff very helpfull , good breakfast.
