Everything superb. Nice and warm, lovely lounge, most welcoming will certainly be using it again. Room 7 is lovely. Good breakfasts - staff friendly. friendly staff, nice basic room, all that was really needed having just attended a football match at wembley..good that check in open early as was able to drop off bags before the match etc.. - I thought the bathroom was brilliant - great idea to make it a sealed unit so you don't get damp problems. Also thought the 24 food was great.

Location is great, though have to walk 5 minutes from Elephant &
Castle Underground station. Staff is super friendly, as they really
helpful on helping me to get into all female-dorm. Free continental
breakfast everyday, with free internet access at the lounge at all time.

Probably the best hostel I've stayed in London: new facilities, big rooms; bathrooms in the rooms as well as common ones on the floors so there's no need to wait for one to get free; great location near the Elephant and Castle tube station and a shopping centre; great common area.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The view was really nice. The food in the restaurant was quite good. We really enjoied our stay there. - When we arrived the hotel, they offered an upgrade of a room with breakfast. Swimming pool with steam sauna was wonderful as well.

Location: not central, but transportation options are very good, Stratford station is just 5 min walk from the hotel.
Room: very good, all necessary for the stay, clean and neat. Cleaning staff did a great job. Maybe a small fridge would be good to have, but that's a minor thing. We were really amazed of how efficient the room space was used.

We were very happy with this hotel. The location is pretty good (in 15-20 minutes you're in the city and there are a lot of shopping opportunities in Stratford), but the most important thing is that it is very clean and modern. We felt very comfortable and slept well there. It is very simple, as you might expect, but for the price, we were very happy. Free WiFi, but not very fast, there is a possibility for an upgrade though. Can only recommend, especially for younger people who want to see the

Really nice helpful staff who took our bags to our room even though it wasn't ready and even did the same when we returned with some shopping. We came back after 10pm due to seeing friends but got our key with no problems.
Nice comfortable bedroom and clean on the whole.
Close to West-Hampstead Tube station

The hotel itself is really pretty and it's a nice area around it and the price we paid was great.
