  Good yet quiet location in a lively area near to good tube links. Clean, comfortable bed and accommodation with reasonable facilities for storing food, cooking, washing clothes etc. Wasn't cold weather but heating seemed adequate. Amenities (kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom, living/sleeping area) were quite nice for the price. Ask for higher floor for view and a bit of sunshine.
