  I found this Hotel excellent value, the staff were really lovely and very helpful. I felt really at home. The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries.
