The location is perfect, the room was really cleaned and nice with a beautiful bathroom and a nice view on London. Staff is nice and the breakfast was excellent. - The staff were all very helpful and polite. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.

Fantastic location.
Apartment 4 has it's own very nice balcony.
Quiet at rear of property.
Large apartment.
Lots of cooking utensils for when not eating out at night. -
It was in a very quiet spot considering how close to Buck Palace Rd we were. Really enjoyed the peace after hard day at work.

We have to echo everything that 'Adrian from Shanghai' has said about this excellent hotel. From the moment we entered the foyer to book in at the desk we were greeted by friendly helpful staff. Incredibly spacious double room (bigger than some studio flats) with a
very high standard of decor throughout - lots of marble and ceramic
tiles, a large bathroom and a shower so big you could hold a party in
it! Makes other hotels look cheap and shabby by comparison. And all for

Everything about the apartment is perfect. They provide everything a
home away from home need for. The location is walking distance from
Victoria Station and very convenient. Being a Muslim, we were happy to
find an Asian store in Upper Tachbrook that sells halal meat and other
Asian sundries. A Tesco outlet is just 3 doors away from the Asian store
and this has given us an advantage of cooking in the evening.

All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. A number of the B&B's on the street appear to be run by the same family & we actually stayed in Cedar Lodge. Location is just fantastic. The room was basic but clean. Tv, fridge & tea/coffee available. Enjoy suite was small & like a wet room but plenty of hot water. Bed firm but comfortable & the road is quiet so had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was again basic but plentiful & staff very efficient.

the people there are very friendly and very helpful. the best part is that the hotel is located 5 minutes walking to victoria station. - Very clean and tidy, excellent staff and lovely breakfast! I would definately recommend to others and will definately use again
