  Me and my husband came for valentine day and had a wonderful time at the hotel.We really enjoyed the use of the pool and jacuzzi.The room was very comfortable even though we had a likage in the bathroom,the staff dealt with very professionally. - The staff were extreamly hospitable and friendly, I would definatly staythere again!

  We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch.   I read a few negative reviews about Pestana London on letsbookhotel.com and on TripAdvisor. I'm not one for writing reviews but decided I should do this one. This hotel was a completely different experience from the negative reviews. I took it positively the distance from the tube sloan square about 15 mnt fast walk half hour slow but it is a good thing we need excersise i considered it my GYm work out for the morning to walk with bags to the station surely we need this walk thus everything was just g

  On arriving at South Kensington tube station, we followed the directions towards Imperial College and after a straight forward check-in we were directed to our room which although small, was absolutely fine. Once - The location was superb as a base for sightseeing London and shopping (Harrods in walking distance!).   We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location.   Staff were friendly on arrival and during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice a good variety. Nice pool/spa. Good location 10 min walk to Kings Cross tube. NCP car park 5 min walk. - Reasonable sized room; good quality furniture. Very good swimming pool, jacuzzi etc. with good changing facilities & showers.
