  This is not your regular hotel. For a start you get a full kitchen area with dishwasher and microwave. The room is large, spacious and well designed. Bathroom is funky designer with a great walk in shower and brilliant shower - loads of water and kept to temperature! Flat screen tv I can plug my laptop in to watch movies, very, very comfy bed. I went for the baseme - We had a Grand Studio on the 4th floor and there was no noise from outside or other rooms. We stayed on a Saturday so we did expect some noise. The room we had was lovely with a Super King size bed. The room was quite large and also contained a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, cutlery & plates, iron, hair dryer, free wi fi, flat screen tv with Internet access. Also, you had to be out of the room x 11am but for an extra £10 you could stay in the room until 1pm. Breakfast was simple but nice and

  Excellent service/staff, the way they walk you up to your rooms makes you feel very welcome. Rooms were gorgeous. Complimentary welcome tray is a lovely personal luxe touch. REN toiletries. My huge double bath was amazing- I had the best bath in my whole life there :) Food in the restaurant was delicious, ate lunch there.
