Everything - the room was spotless with a nice decor. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely go back and would recommend family and friends. - The staff were very welcoming and very helpful, nothing seem too much trouble. Good size room.

The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class. Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor. I booked this hotel as a Xmas present for my partner along with tickets to a show at MEN, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and the staff were professional, helpful and attentive nothing was too much trouble for them. We went to the hotel bar after the show which was intimate,comfortable and once again excellent service from the staff. All in all our stay was wonderful and we will definately be staying here again in the not too distant future x

The location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully. The apartment was great. I booked for a one bedroom apartment and it was only for one person. I got there and the apartment was huge and had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There was bread, juice, condiments, biscuits all provided free of charge. The staff were very helpful. Very comfortable stay!! - I was most impressed with the food provided

A first class break!!! - The room was small, but had all you need for a short stay. We especially liked the idea that breakfast was served until 12.00am on Sunday morning and there was a late checkout time of 1.00pm. As we were suffering the effects of the night before, we rang room service, around 10.00am, to ask if we could have breakfast brought to our room. This was no problem and at no extra cost.

Very friendly reception. The apartment was very well kitted out! Fresh decor and very clean. There was a little 'wear and tear' but this was minimal. Beds / duvets and pillows were really comfortable.
