The design of the hotel was out of this world. Stunning. Beautiful.
Airy. So homely. The staff were so friendly, ever so efficient, above

Very modern and upscale decor Interesting quotes about travel along the
hallways, and unique lobby decor. Visually captivating and intriguing.
High tech room. Tablet controls almost every feature in the room. Very cool.

We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel. The location was great - Southwark tube is 2 minutes away, St Paul's cathedral is a 15 minute walk and although the location is pretty central, we did not find the area too busy at all.

an award: the very friendly mechanic who repaired the sink stop in a

the location is fantastic, Globe,Tates, OXO,Thames cruises, tube, all in very short walking distance, was perfect for us!

The apartment was ideal for a family of four.
The facilities throughout the apartment were more than adeqate for our city visit and although we were only in London for 2 nights I would gladly of used this apartment for a much longer visit.
The staff we met were very friendly and informative. -

Roomy, good amenities including a new 55" flat screen tv, lots of channels. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with utensils. We had a family room for 4 and were kind of packed into the room but it worked fine - after all, we were out seeing London except when we were sleeping! Our favorite thing was the breakfasts served in the dining room each morning and the fact that they were free for our two teenagers (free for 16 and under).
