The staff were pleasant and helpful especially Ausra on reception.. We have stayed in a lot of more expensive west - end hotels, and this hotel compares with them.. The free car parking was a bonus in London, and the tube stations were close by...The buffet breakfast was very good, and we would have no hesitation about coming to this hotel again..H
... что говорят » ighly recommed - The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Finchely Road tube station which makes it very convenient to get into the city. Rooms are very good size and everything is very clean. Front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to London. Good value for money!

Room was on the ground floor. Although it was a room for disabled there was no feeling of being in a room for people with special needs. In fact the room was large, the bed was comfortable and we would stay there again. The heating system didn't work but on mentioning it to reception an electric heater appeared within minutes. Excellent position and we enjoyed the walk up the high street.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel so welcome. The room was small but comfortable and the location was perfect. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was superb. The building has lots of character. We would definitely stay here again.
