All members of the staff all genuinely appeared to be happy in their roles. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and relaxing. It's the second time I've stayed there and I'm sure there'll be many more times as well. This time I spent a little longer in the hotel and used the bar, great to be able to look out over the football pitch.

During our time there we paid for the massages (at an excellent price!!!!) They were brilliant, we would definatley stay again just to have another massage! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms was 10/10 very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet and no loud disturbances. The breakfasts was really nice and there was lots of choice. We have stayed in Blackpool a few times and this was the best by far and we will return. -

We had a lovely stay, informed the reception that a couple of lightbulbs had blown in the room on our way out on the first morning, by the time we returned at lunchtime they had been replaced already! - The hotel in general was excellent in every aspect and the staff were polite and attentive to every need.
