  I particularly liked the sea view room we had, it certainly lived up to expectations. Elaine and Tony, the owners, were a very friendly couple, they took their business seriously, but in a fun way. Both were also very relaxed and approachable, and nothing was too much trouble. (thanks for the biscuits Elaine!)   Location-excellent sea views from large bedroom and relaxing, well appointed lounge/bar areas. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean and well furnished room. Excellent Full English breakfast with as much food as you could possibly wish for. Late check-out facility upon request. Walking distance to nearby castle, Bronte church, and - the staff were very welcoming and accommodating for myself and my boyfriend. We are a young couple and simply had a short weekend break. It was perfect for location and a short walk to everything. I was originally put off by reviews I had read on the Delmont, but please don't let it put you off. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely go back. Breakfast was great and prompt service :)

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were nice and friendly. The parking is good as the hotel gives out a free parking permit. There is parking on the hotel's street which I think is free for 20 minutes. This should be enough time to get checked in and grab the parking permit. If location is your main requirement, this is the place.
