it all.the apartment staff/free sports centre.free taxi to and from town was really nice.the view from my room over the water/it was really nice at night. - I liked the privacy it provided and the apartments were very roomy and very clean. i will definetely be staying again as i found everything excellent.

Stylish balcony apartment in peaceful waterfront development. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and well supplied with thoughtful extras: TV. Wi-Fi, hot drink facilities, hairdryer and hair tongues, bottle of water and toiletries. Very nice freshly cooked breakfast. Very close to bus stop with regular, swift service to the city centre.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was a bother to them. Apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly want or need, right down to the little extra touches of milk in the fridge and a very informative and useful welcome pack. Loved the style of the apartment. Great facilities and very comfortable. Great location.

This facility is ideal for a multiple night stay. With full kitchen, bath, and laundry facilities in a luxury apartment setting, it was an ideal home-away-from-home getaway. The value of the apartment was far greater than that of a hotel room in our opinion. The staff was helpful in every way and the amenities provided were excellent. It is close to the bus lines and also easy to walk to many of the lovely places in Leith and Edinburgh.

Isabel and Harry were the perfect hosts. On our arrival, seeing my husband had a disability our room was immediately changed to a first floor room from a second floor room, without even asking. Molly and Roxy the family dogs were adorable and very friendly. We have no problem recommending and staying here again, fantastic.
