We booked this hotel for a visit to the Chelsea Flower Show. The hotel
was very easy to find and only a short walk from South Kensington tube
station. Ideally positioned also for visiting the Natural History Museum

The staff were very friendly and made you feel very welcome,we were visiting Albert Hall and was pleasantly surprised the staff remembered the next day,it was the personel touch that made it special and breakfast was good value too. - We only stayed for one night but found it to be excellent in all areas should we need accomadation in london again

The Seraphine on Kensington High Street is friendly, clean and comfortable. I booked a single room which was certainly compact but well equipped and good. The bed was very comfortable and it wasn't stuffy or hot. The shower room was attractive and had good quality fittings. Breakfast was excellent with a very pleasant atmosphere in the dining room

palace. Walking distance to Royal Albert Hall. You can walk to Harrods
if it's not raining. The location is amazing with great shops near
by. Really I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They graciously upgraded our room at a very good price. The view over Kensingtown Garden was beautiful. We could even see the London Eye. The Hotel is in a very central location, close to the station, whish was very important for us as we did not hire a car. - I was in a brand new room, so it was very clean and in good condition. Location to underground station (Gloucester Road) is excellent.
