  A very good BnB great bed in the king size room. Wasn't too keen on the full English breakfast but my partner enjoyed it. The owners are very welcoming and gave us a lift to the marina saving us £15+ in taxi fair, it also meant we could get off and start the day.   Our aim was reasonably priced B&B and central to the waterfront area. We could not have been more pleased on those 2 counts. Lee, owner was delightful. The room was cramped but it was not a surprise given the cost of the accommodation. It was a little more upscale so we would likely book it next time. It was a few steps from ocean and wonderful din - Central location was very convenient for beach, shops, restaurants, theatre. It was quiet, there was a garden with seating for smokers, a DVD library, freedom to come and go and whatever time, a minibar - just (sigh) what more could you ask? Highly recommended.
