Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly. Good location near old pier. Nice old building on the outside. Generally clean, beds made up in day. Bedroom light, but stuffy, windows open fully though. Excellent breakfast. TV ok. Plenty of power points

Clean, well run hotel. The Manager, Dan, gave us some great recommendations for eating, drinking and visiting! The hotel was a gem, exactly what I hoped it would be. The lady, front of house, was extremely friendly, very professional and went out of her way to accomodate any queries we had about the hotel and, as importantly, the area. The location was great, right next to the shopping centre, 10 min walk from the station and a 10 min walk down the beach to the pier. The staff were lovely and we got given cerial and fruit in the morning. In the room was a tv with virgin media, so if you fancied a romantic night in you can watch a film ect. It is very close to the main nightlife in Brighton which means you don't have far to stumble.

The hotel is very conveniently located - close to an underground car park and the sea front. The room we had was great, clean with nice interior. The only let down was the view. As we were located below the ground level, we had a wall of the neighboring building as the window view. Apart from that everything was really good and we would be going back when visiting Brighton again.

Guest house is easy to find and well located for shops cafes and restaurants. Hove is a lively and vibrant town next to the sea.
The staff are cery helopful and friendly, the atmosphere was terrific and there are good leisure facilities at Sobo. -
People very friendly. Place has a good vibe and there is lots gonig on to suit different tastes.

The staff were just lovely. The room was not only cosy and spotless with beauiful decor, but a King Size Bed made everything just perfect. It was quiet, there was a garden with seating for smokers, a DVD library, freedom to come and go and whatever time, a minibar - just (sigh) what more could you ask? Highly recommended. Very friendly approachable owners, rooms very well kept, clean and tidy, we had a room that had a refurbished bathroom with a power shower that was excellent. Superb seafront location, could walk to anywhere in 5 mins. Freash homecooked breakfast to order, no warm ups. Would go back anytime, and would recommend them to anyone as simply a great loc

A very large party of 14 adults booked for the first weekend in October. The hotel was excellent, from the very clean rooms to the view to the food and the service!! We cannot fault it at all! We highly recommend it and will definitely be returning again. Nothing was too much trouble! Thank you very much for a very pleasant stay.

Excellent location only 5 mins walk from the pier and town center. Reception staff incedibly helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Highly reccomend staying here- don't worry about no breakfast there are many good options within easy walking distance. -

Great location, over looking lovely green and not some dirty old street.
Second visit here & would definelty come again. Parking is an issue but were given details of a road that was only a 15min walk away, but for £5 for 24 hour who cares.
Good breakfast, good size rooms, perfect for the not so fussy people & perfect value for money. Staff were great, no problems with any requets for taxi booking etc.
Very good and will definelty stay here on our next visit to Brighton

I liked that is was fairly close to Brighton town centre. It was cheap, cosy, clean and the service was very good.
The staff were helpful and friendly. It was very convenient having the restaurant in the same building and if we wanted a drink we did not have to worry about driving anywhere.

Good value, comfortable room. Noon check out time. Good value Harvester restaurant on site. The weather was freezing but we had good heaters we could control ourselves. Nice hot shower. Free car parking and good access to public transport.
