It was literally a minute's walk from Kensington Olympia and the Kensington Olympia station, which was ideal for us. The hotel was very clean, and nicely decorated. It was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, the shower room was very clean and well designed, the bedlinen was crisp and clean and although our doubleroom was small, it was adequately furnished with enough storage space for clothes. The breakfast room was well laid out and the continental breakfast well served with plenty of choice.

First stay in a hostel and found it welcoming by both staff and other guests. They even extended my stay and changed my bed to a lower one straight away. The higher bunks are tricky to get in without ladders

More relaxed than many other hostels, a nice setting in the grounds of Holland Park and the staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very good value and an evening meal is also offered.. a very good self catering kitchen also!

Great location- very close to Hammersmith tube and the Broadway Shopping Centre. Hostel is quite clean, 8-bed female dormitory room was a good choice for me.The price included breakfast-all fresh and tasty. Very good value for such a low price! Wouldn't hesitate to go back again and would definitely recommend. -

The location was excellent, very close to the tube and bus station, and the supermarket.

Location was excellent and easily accessible. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had many nights of sound sleep. i liked that the beds were comfortable and the fellow guests were reasonably considerate. i liked the fact that i was not treated as just another number and was able to book in my valuables for safekeeping and build a relationship with the reception throughout my stay -

I think one of the two best value for money hotels in London. The room was beatiful and clean. excellent european standard and service! Lovely, helpfull and friendly staff. They all made my stay unforgetable. Definately will be staying there again. - The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, both at arrival and departure, and on occasions when help was requested.
