  Me and a friend booked this last minute to go to a concert in town. We actually ended up being upgraded so as you can imagine this made us very happy! The man who runs it all was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful apartment, right in town and close to both the train and bus station.   The breakfast on Monday morning was very good indeed; service was friendly and attentive. My room, although small, was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is well situated next to Nottingham Castle. - The location was ideal only a short walk to the city center and the parking was great and very cheap £5,50 for 24hours

  Comfortable room and girl in reception - room was bigger than others I've seen and where I paid even more than for the one at Grantham Hotel. To go into town I had to take the Bus, but the bus station wasn't far from the hotel, so after finding out how to do it, I had no further problems.   The staff in the hotel were very friendly. On arrival at the hotel we had our room upgraded free as the one we had booked wasn't available. The room was very comfortable and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had free WI-FI internet access that worked really well.   Since 2003 I have travelled extensively and have therfore stayed in many hotels. The staff at the Best Western were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met. The receptionist who checked me in on Sat morning was polite, helpful and very professional. It made my stay all the more enjoyable.
