  It was a wonderful trip! Hotel prevzashel all our expectations. At the reception were polite and tried to please us in every way. Deluxe room had everything you need laid out in detail, it feels like you are at home and you are incredibly comfortable. Was very warm and spacious. Lots of berries, fruits, fresh juices, natura - Fantastic location 1 min from Embankment tube yet discrete and quiet. Marvelous homy room decor with a wide selection of channels both English and Arabic (All MBCs, Dubai tv, Qatar, etc) and other languages. Exceptional staff and service. Concierge managed to get us last minute theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London. Room was arranged twice daily and a wide selection of newspapers delivered to
