We were able to leave luggage there when we arrived early. Our room was
very nice and quiet. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Greek although since we weren't too hungry we picked up a sandwich

Close to Paddingtion station, the room is clean, excellent service - it has the most courteous staff. Well-trained and really good-mannered. I arrived really early (due to my early flight), and they let me check-in anyway because there was a room available. This is what I call considerate and flexible service. Our room was lovely. The staff could not have been nicer. Upon our arrival theater tickets were ordered for us. We only had one night in London but were free the following day.
