  I'll start by saying that I saw my parents' hotel in Mayfair, The Millenium, which is supposed to be upscale...which it was, but for double the price, their room was only slightly larger than ours at the Hyde Park Boutique. The hotel is located near - I stayed two times in the same hotel within a week, once for 5 days and once for one night only. It is very important what room you will have, there are major differences in quality. This review is about the single room on the fourth flour which I had for 5 nights: the hotel is newly done, everything is clean and in top state.   There were two guys at the check-in desk, one of them told us that our room would not be ready until 1.30pm (we checked in at 11am) but he was quickly overruled as the other man sent us straight to a room, he was very friendly and showed us where to go. The location of the hotel was fantastic, the road being literally opposite to Kings Cross meant... что говорят » we could get anywhere easily. The room itself was small but was all we needed for an overnight stay, especially at such a cheap price. It was clean e - I hd to upgrade to a family room when I got their as I had originally booked a basic double room for myself and a collegue. The owner of the hotel had advised me on the phone that I would need to upgrade and I only ad to pay the difference for the room, which ended up only being £100. I found the staff really helpful and the next time I travel to London I will be staying here.

  For the price I wasn't expecting greatness but this place pleasently surprised. Staff were very helpful and although room was a bit on the small side, they had originally set aside a larger (quad) room but I wanted a double bed. All round, a very good experience. - Room was clean and tidy and recently painted. Breakfast was great!
