Nice apartment at Westferry with two seperate bed- and bathrooms. Close to Docklands & Canary Wharf, if someone is interested in that area. Good and quiet (residential) area. -
Underground, DLR and boat into London all within 5 minutes walk.

Good location just a couple of hundred metres from a dlr station and
right by the Thames. Friendly, efficient welcome from obviously highly
professional staff, who quickly changed the beds when we pointed out
we'd booked a twin rather than a double. Room was large and well
decorated with a nice view of One Canada Square (Canary Wharf). Tiramisu

Staff was exceptional, I have never experienced such seamless service.
Housekeeping kept our room spotless. The housekeeper even offered to have a humidifier brought to our room when she heard me coughing. How thoughtful.
While dining in the restaurant the staff noticed I was under the weather and made me a special tea.
We were sitting in the lounge area and a staff member from the front desk noticed we needed refills on our beverages and alerted the food and beverage staff. I could go on and

the hotel was first class and the staff were extremly helpful and friendly the free courtasy bus was a real bonus as was the ferry service from the hotel to canary wharf. this is a highly recomended hotel. - Can not fault this hotel. I arrived at the hotel and promptly met by a member of staff offering to take my bags, check-in was really quick and easy, also taking the time out to explain how use the door card in the lift etc, reception arranged for a taxi when I asked to my destination and also arranged for the taxi to be waiting for me when I had finished later on in the eve
... что говорят » ning, check out was good, overall the experience... - The staff were very friendly, there was a problem with the hotels computer system when we arrived, the hotel manager apoligised for this and took us through to the bar and gave my wife and myself a free drink while we waited for the problem to be fixed, this only took approx 10 mins, he then booked us in and gave us a free update to a suite for the inconvienance.

Upon arrival, it was clear to see the hotel was clean and fairly luxurious (Especially for a 'Holiday Inn'!). The staff were friendly and helpful, with the room cleaned regularly, with free water and chocolate each day (at least I think they were free!). I would happily recommend the hotel to all types of travellers. Couples/group of friends etc.

Large rooms, excellent beds, coffee and tea facilities in room and good
bathroom. Quality of breakfast and room service also excellent, and on
top of it all, slam opposite Europe's largest shopping centre, with
almost every central London shop available. Ideal location for both
shopping as well as a quick underground trip (20 minutes by central
line) to the centre of London and its attractions. ALso very convenient
to get to City Airport and Southend Airport.
